AgriStock lots are only as serious as the roof, the count, and the person who answers. We ask for capacity, coordinates, and a manager because “warehouse-backed” is a claim that has to survive a visit.
Location that a map can show. Capacity that is not a round number invented for a form. A manager name and a phone that rings. The product types you will actually keep dry: grain is not birds, CPO is not paddy.
Photos help. Photos without a count do not. If you cannot say remaining quantity without theatre, you are not ready to host a public lot.
Investors in another city will use the pin as their first due diligence. If the pin is a lie, the whole desk becomes a lie. We would rather have fewer stores than a heatmap of fiction.
Google Maps on the app requires a key and referrer restrictions. That is engineering. Your job is the physical truth the pin points at.
AgriStock software records units and money. It does not replace your roof. If that sentence bothers you, you may want a different kind of platform — one that pretends the cloud stores maize.
Farmers and aggregators list against a warehouse. You are the place. They are the quantity story. Admin has to believe both. Pending is the waiting room. Approved is the public desk.
