Nigeria grows cocoa that often ends in someone else’s chocolate. That can be a proud sentence or a sad one. On this desk it has to become a specification: grade, store, quantity — or a company name on the listed watch.
A cocoa lot, when listed, is inventory: beans (or a stated product) in a warehouse. A processor on the tape is labour, power, working capital, and whether the line runs. Farmers, LBAs, and exporters live in between. Do not skip to the listed name because it is easier to screenshot.
Main crop and light crop matter to people who buy beans for a living. If a listing ignores season, treat it as unfinished.
London and New York cocoa are loud. Your bag in Ondo or Cross River is local grade plus local logistics plus whether the store still has what the ledger says. AgriStock will not paste a futures chart onto a Nigerian lot and call it mark-to-market unless operations agrees that is the contract.
That is not a website bug. Lots appear when partners list and admin approves. This page exists so that when a cocoa lot does appear, you already know which questions to ask.
